These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://carcare24.shop and the purchase of products from Car Care 24 (“we”, “us”). By browsing or placing a guest order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. If you order for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

3. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund if already paid.
• Images are for illustration. Shade, pack size, and finish may vary slightly from the photograph.
• Stock is confirmed only after we accept the order. If an item is unavailable we will notify you and refund that line.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation (email or on-screen) and/or when payment is authorised. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, cannot be shipped to the PIN code, or exceed reasonable quantity limits.

5. Payment

• Online: Payments are processed by Razorpay India. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials. Successful online orders are charged in INR.
• Cash on delivery (COD): Available on eligible PIN codes. Pay the amount shown on the invoice to the courier in cash or, where offered, UPI at the door.
• Failed, pending, or cancelled online payments do not create a confirmed order.

6. Shipping

Delivery estimates are indicative. Title and risk pass to you on delivery or, for COD, when you accept the parcel. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Use of products

Follow the label. Automotive chemicals, polishes, and electrical tools must be used as directed. We are not liable for damage from misuse, mixing products, or use on unsuitable surfaces. Keep products away from children and open flame.

8. Website use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, or post unlawful content. All trademarks, product names, and site design belong to Car Care 24 or its licensors.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Malappuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for new orders.
